The Role
As Social & Influence Manager, you will own all organic social media, influencer, and community programs - from strategy to execution. You’ll be responsible for shaping and implementing Hårklinikken’s social and influencer strategy, working closely with the Marketing & Brand team to create social-first campaigns, drive community engagement, and maximize the reach and impact of our brand and product storytelling.
In this role, you will define and protect Hårklinikken’s voice across earned media and social channels, ensuring every piece of content reflects our values and resonates with our audience. You’ll collaborate across teams to align with broader business goals, champion community-led storytelling, and strengthen authentic connections with our global audience.
This is a hands-on role with strategic influence - a chance to elevate Hårklinikken’s global presence, lead initiatives that inspire and engage, and amplify our story across every touchpoint.
Primary Relationships
Reporting to the Global Brand Marketing Director, you’ll partner closely with our Brand, Digital, and Clinic Leadership teams to bring our social and community vision to life.
