Job Description - PR, Social & Influence Manager

The Role


As Social & Influence Manager, you will own all organic social media, influencer, and community programs - from strategy to execution. You’ll be responsible for shaping and implementing Hårklinikken’s social and influencer strategy, working closely with the Marketing & Brand team to create social-first campaigns, drive community engagement, and maximize the reach and impact of our brand and product storytelling.



In this role, you will define and protect Hårklinikken’s voice across earned media and social channels, ensuring every piece of content reflects our values and resonates with our audience. You’ll collaborate across teams to align with broader business goals, champion community-led storytelling, and strengthen authentic connections with our global audience.



This is a hands-on role with strategic influence - a chance to elevate Hårklinikken’s global presence, lead initiatives that inspire and engage, and amplify our story across every touchpoint.



Primary Relationships 


Reporting to the Global Brand Marketing Director, you’ll partner closely with our Brand, Digital, and Clinic Leadership teams to bring our social and community vision to life.


 


Job Responsibilities 



  • Collaborate with the Global Brand Marketing Director to develop and manage Hårklinikken’s global PR calendar, ensuring strategic communication across all media channels.

  • Support agency management and cultivate strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage, press mentions, and strategic partnerships.

  • Own and drive the Social Media strategy across all relevant platforms, ensuring innovative and consistent consumer engagement.

  • Lead the Social Media content strategy for social-first campaigns, maintaining brand consistency while fostering creative consumer interaction.

  • Manage digital influence initiatives by collaborating closely with Brand, Digital, Creative, and Clinic teams to translate global strategy into actionable social ecosystem campaigns. Oversee influencer management end-to-end, including deliverables and service coordination.

  • Scale user-generated content (UGC) and organic assets to support brand awareness and conversion KPIs, managing platform partnerships and influencer relationships effectively.

  • Champion social-first content creation and execution at all key touchpoints, including behind-the-scenes campaign shoots, on-site brand event content capture, and guiding global talent content rollout cadence.

  • Lead and execute community management across all channels, fostering social conversation, providing answers and helping educate and engage with the community.

  • Collaborate closely with the Ecomm team to identify and develop social organic opportunities that could convert into boosted or paid amplifications

  • Oversee social media analytics, formalize reporting processes, and provide actionable insights across all channels.



Core Competencies



  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in developing and executing social media and community strategies.

  • Experience within the beauty, lifestyle, or luxury fashion sectors is a strong advantage.

  • Well-established network of influencers, talents, and content creators, primarily in the US and Denmark markets, is a strong advantage.

  • Deep understanding of community building on social platforms, with expertise in leveraging talent within content ecosystems.

  • Strong storytelling skills paired with solid knowledge of brand, communications, and marketing principles.

  • Active presence and engagement across online and social media platforms.
