Procurement Finance Manager - Viby

You will join a small Procurement Finance team in where you work at the intersection of Procurement, Operations and Finance turning complexity into clarity and impact.

How you will make an impact

As our new Procurement Finance Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening the link between Procurement and Finance. You will support both day‑to‑day operational finance and a strong performance agenda, acting as a trusted business partner to Procurement. Working closely with Supply Chain, FP&A and Procurement, you will improve transparency, elevate forecasting quality and enable better decision‑making across the organisation.

Your overall responsibility is to drive accurate forecasting, insightful financial analysis and value‑adding finance initiatives that translate procurement activities into clear financial impact and support value creation across our supply chain.

Furthermore your task will be;

• Lead end-to-end forecasting for selected procurement categories, including month end follow-up, variance analysis and commodity exposures.

• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting methodologies, cost modeling, and financial processes


• Build and develop data-driven performance dashboards, KPI tracking, and variance analysis to provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels


• Support strategic projects (e.g., supplier negotiations, make-or-buy assessments, sustainability cost impacts, and risk management)


• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, FP&A, Controlling, and Procurement to align plans and deliver financial targets


• Prepare clear, concise presentations and storytelling that translate complex financials into clear recommendations to senior level stakeholders

You will be part of a small team of 3, supporting a global procurement organisation (incl. ~80 buyers in scope) and working closely with site finance partners on selected topics (e.g., energy forecasting / inflation impacts on net production cost).

What will make you successful

We are looking for a business-oriented finance profile who enjoys combining data, insight and stakeholder partnership - someone who can move fast from numbers to action. We except you to have solid experience in business finance / FP&A / supply chain or procurement finance / consulting in a large, structured organization.

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field


• Strong capability in working with large data sets and building models efficiently


• Solid understanding of operational economics and how value is created across the value chain (not a pure accounting profile)


• Strong stakeholder management skills: confident partnering with Procurement and Finance, able to challenge constructively and build trust


• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools; a structured, proactive way of working


• Fluent in English (Danish is a plus) and comfortable in an international environment
