Product Owner Mobility App

Kuba is an innovative startup dedicated to revolutionizing urban mobility through our cutting-edge Mobility App. As we prepare to launch our app in the coming months, we are seeking a talented Product Owner to play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life. Our team believes in making cities more accessible, efficient, and environmentally friendly through smart mobility solutions.

Who we're looking for in two sentences

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Product Owner who has a strong understanding of user-centric design and agile methodologies. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, translating business needs into actionable deliverables while ensuring that we keep user experience at the forefront of our app development.

What you’ll be doing

1. Defining and prioritizing the product backlog based on business and user requirements.
2. Ensuring a clear understanding of user needs by conducting research and gathering feedback.
3. Collaborating closely with the development team to facilitate effective sprints and ensure timely releases.
4. Communicating product vision and updates to stakeholders and users.
5. Monitoring app performance and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
6. Acting as a champion of the users’ experience throughout the product lifecycle.
7. Participating in strategic discussions to shape the future direction of the Mobility App.

Who you’ll be working with

You will collaborate with a dynamic team that includes software developers, UX/UI designers, marketers, and stakeholders across various departments. Our team is passionate about mobility innovation and operates in a fast-paced, agile environment, where your contributions will make a significant impact.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development, particularly in mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Experience with user research and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Passionate about mobility solutions and a keen interest in user-centered design.
