Product Sourcing Coordinator - Beauty & Wellness

Then you might be our new Product Sourcing Coordinator – Beauty & Wellness at Goodiebox.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for beauty and wellness, strong B2B relationship skills, and an eye for innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing the best products for our members, helping us create unforgettable Goodiebox experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Source beauty and wellness products for inclusion in Goodiebox campaigns
  
• Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with brand partners and suppliers
  
• Identify emerging product trends and spot high-potential products early
  
• Lead contract negotiations to secure the best terms
  
• Coordinate product information, delivery timelines, and logistics with internal teams
  
• Work cross-functionally with our marketing and operations teams to ensure successful product launches
  
• Contribute to product innovation by suggesting new brands, categories, and concepts

• Collect product information across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, preferably within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle
  
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  
  
• Commercially driven mindset with a strong understanding of brand and consumer trends
  
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and creating amazing customer experiences
