Your new position
As a Project Change Manager in QMS Improvements & Strategy, your primary responsibility will be to drive communication and change management activities across various simplification projects that differentiate and simplify quality processes to ensure they are fit for purpose, accommodate different business needs, reduce complexity, and increase execution speed.
The role is anchored in Ballerup, with close collaboration with stakeholders across the globe.

Within QMS Improvements & Strategy, you'll join a team dedicated to making our Quality Management System more efficient, streamlined, and fit for purpose. We work to reduce complexity and increase execution speed, ensuring quality processes support business growth while maintaining the highest standards for patient safety.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a Project Change Manager with strong leadership and change management capabilities. You'll bring a proactive, results-oriented mindset and a proven track record of driving meaningful change.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 651,000.00 to 956,900.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
