Would you like to be a central player in the release planning of products ensuring that our vital medicine deliveries reach our patients worldwide? Can you manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate all their contributions in the release process? Then you may be our new colleague we are looking for in Planning & Procurement in Aseptic Production (AP) Kalundborg (KA) Business Support, which covers areas of production planning, release coordination, and purchasing. Apply today!

The position
As a Release Coordinator, you can look forward to a workday with many touchpoints and stakeholders to prepare the batch for release. This will include coordinating and monitoring the release flow of products from AP KA and collaborating across teams to ensure timely release of deliveries.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain release plans and associated systems.
  • Ensure operational planning/logistics in Bagsværd is updated with the latest batch release status.
  • Lead the daily release meetings, where stakeholders from the entire factory participate.
  • Take responsibility and be highly conscious of the quality of yours and others work.
  • Lead a process in the factory, with the attention it requires from stakeholders.

You will be welcomed into Planning & Procurement in AP KA Business Support, which consists of 12 colleagues responsible for production planning, release, and procurement. You will work in close collaboration with 1 other Release Coordinator.

Qualifications
Your experiences include:

  • A degree in Production Planning, Logistics, QA or relevant with 3+ years’ work experience.
  • We will also consider those without a degree with many years of hands-on experience within the area.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • A flair for IT systems. We use STYX, SAP, NovoGlow, and PAS-X.
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Danish and English is a requirement.

Your background is not decisive. It can be from QA work, production planning, or as an owner/coordinator of a similar interdisciplinary process. But it is key that you are ready to take on a visible role, where you can be proactive in ensuring all stakeholders in the process can get their underlying tasks solved.
