Customer Service Representative - Danish Speaker

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative for a fully remote position based in Portugal.

In this role, you will support customers with professionalism and empathy, handle inquiries via phone/email, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for every client. You'll be part of a multicultural environment with strong onboarding and continuous support.

What we offer:

• Fully remote role within Portugal

• Monday-Friday schedule (08:00-17:00)

• Permanent contract

• 1500 Euro gross salary/month (paid over 14 months)

Requirements:

• Danish + English proficiency

• EU citizenship or valid Portugal work permit

• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset
