Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

• Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the company’s CRM system.

• Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the tech industry, is a plus.
