The company you will be working for is a global leader in customer service experience, and no matter where you work in the company, you will be part of the family. Our client employs around half a million workers across Europe, with three different offices in Athens. We are looking for individuals with experience in customer service and handling customers in various contexts. You will receive comprehensive training in product knowledge, customer service, and technology during your first four weeks. After this period, you will be answering questions and addressing the concerns of customers via phone, email, and chat.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Provide the highest level of support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues
• Give accurate, valid, and complete information by using the proper procedures
• Build a meaningful relationship, answering customers' questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
• Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
• Create a great customer experience that people value and we are proud of
• Be responsible for following the direction of the management and providing feedback
