We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our innovative travel project in Riga. This hybrid role provides flexibility, allowing the candidate to choose their preferred working setup as long as they maintain clear communication with their manager.
During the initial training phase, we prefer candidates to work from the Riga office to ensure a smooth onboarding process. After training, the work arrangement can be adjusted to suit the candidates preference, blending on-site and remote work.
As part of our team, you will be the voice and first point of contact for Danish-speaking customers, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless, enjoyable, and memorable.
