Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier support to Danish-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company's electronics products and services.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to discuss customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep skills sharp and stay informed about product updates.
• Provide insights and suggestions to improve service delivery and customer engagement.

• Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in electronics or technology, is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
