Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist customers in navigating our range of products and services by providing accurate information and guidance.
• Quickly resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
