Responsibilities

• Investigate and review online activities to identify potential safety threats
• Actively manage and respond to client inquiries regarding safety and security issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to formulate and enhance trust and safety protocols
• Educate clients on digital safety best practices and offer support as needed
• Track and analyze safety trends to inform ongoing improvements
• Keep abreast of developments in digital trust and safety
• Provide training sessions for staff and clients to promote safety awareness

• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in digital safety, cybersecurity, or a similar relevant field
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to mitigate risks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex topics
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with trust and safety tools is advantageous
