• Monitor community interactions to foster a positive atmosphere and proactively address any user concerns or disputes.
• Engage with the gaming community by creating and sharing helpful content and updates.
• Gather and document player feedback to communicate valuable insights to the development team for further enhancement.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and releases in the gaming industry to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Collaborate with fellow support agents to share best practices and improve overall service quality.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• A genuine passion for gaming with a familiarity of popular games and platforms.
• Experience in customer support or community management is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with gamers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support.
• Comfortable with various communication tools and platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and positively contribute to the gaming community.
