Key Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with accommodation bookings via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on accommodation options, prices, and Booking.com policies.
• Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism to ensure a positive client experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions using Booking.com's reservation system.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve service quality and customer satisfaction targets.

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required; good command of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality sectors is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
