This position offers a fantastic opportunity to support Danish-speaking customers by providing exceptional assistance related to automotive products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding automotive products, services, and inquiries.
• Assist customers with product details, service bookings, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about latest automotive products, features, and company policies to provide precise information.
• Offer feedback to management for continuous improvement in customer service quality.

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital support tools.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
