Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level customer support to Danish-speaking clients on cybersecurity products and services via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues and queries reported by customers.
• Educate customers on cybersecurity best practices and help them understand the features of our security solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical issues using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex cybersecurity challenges.
• Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and solutions to provide current and effective support.

• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer support roles, ideally within cybersecurity or IT security domains.
• Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity principles and products.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
