This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Product Management, AI Agents and Ecosystem in Denmark.
In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of an AI agent platform, focusing on interoperability and ecosystem growth. You will define how agents connect with external models and platforms, drive adoption of agent-building tools, and ensure the platform delivers tangible value to users. Collaborating closely with engineering, product, and security teams, you will set the vision for multi-agent systems, tool integrations, and platform standards. This position offers the opportunity to shape a high-impact AI product in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment, influencing both product innovation and customer experience. You will help build the processes, frameworks, and adoption strategies that allow teams to deliver high-value agents efficiently and at scale.
Accountabilities:
- Lead product strategy for the AI agent platform, emphasizing interoperability and an extensible ecosystem.
- Define integration approaches with external AI models and agent platforms, ensuring clear customer value.
- Drive the roadmap for multi-agent patterns, tool integrations, and standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to align on vision, execution, and operating models.
- Partner with cross-functional product teams to enable creation of high-value agents, flows, and catalog offerings.
- Develop strategies to grow adoption and usage of agent tools, AI catalogs, and out-of-the-box solutions.
- Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, and decisions effectively in an async-first, distributed work environment.
- Proven experience leading AI agent platforms, agent builders, or similar low-code/no-code/code-first products.
- Deep understanding of the AI ecosystem, including interoperability patterns across models and agent providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini).
- Knowledge of multi-agent systems and approaches for cross-ecosystem agent collaboration.
- Familiarity with tools and standards for agent interoperability, such as MCP, and an open-platform mindset.
- Experience driving adoption of AI products, including out-of-the-box agents, catalogs, and support for custom or external agents.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills across engineering, product, and partnerships teams.
- Excellent communication and comfort working asynchronously across regions.
- Strategic thinking and ability to define roadmaps, operating models, and high-level product vision.
