Key Responsibilities

• Respond to Hungarian-speaking players' inquiries via email, ensuring timely and effective assistance.
• Assist with troubleshooting, game account issues, and provide guidance on gameplay questions.
• Strive to deliver a high level of service that leads to improved player satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain detailed records of player interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with other departments to escalate issues or relay valuable player insights.
• Stay informed on product updates and gaming news to provide accurate support.

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service or tech support roles is preferred.
• A genuine passion for gaming and understanding of the gaming community is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to helping players.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and clear reasoning.
