Job Description - Icelandic Speaking Technical Customer Support - Paid Relocation To Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an Icelandic Speaking Technical Customer Support Representative with paid relocation to Athens, Greece. This role is ideal for candidates fluent in Icelandic who are passionate about technology and customer service. You will provide technical support to Icelandic-speaking customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Icelandic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to products and services, providing clear solutions.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to customers in understanding product functionalities and resolving problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical solutions within support systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring issues and enhance product performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest technical information to offer informed support.
  • Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Experience in technical customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support and troubleshooting software is beneficial.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to relocate to Greece.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
