Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to end-users and ensure the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as supporting the deployment and maintenance of IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner (hardware, software, printers, network, etc.)
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop systems (Windows/macOS/Linux)
• Support Microsoft 365, email, VPN, and cloud-based applications
• Set up new user accounts, email, and hardware; manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Perform system updates, backups, and patch management
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
• Document issues and solutions in knowledge base for future reference
• Collaborate with other IT team members on infrastructure upgrades and security improvements
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures
• Provide basic network and server support as needed (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, file shares)
