Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone communication.
• Handle customer inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about the latest gaming products and industry developments.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace new cultural experiences.
