Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support in Norwegian through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Assist customers with delivery inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal logistics and operations teams to resolve any delivery challenges effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases in the CRM system.
• Identify common issues and provide constructive feedback to improve service quality.
• Stay informed about company services, policies, and delivery procedures to offer accurate information.

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within delivery, logistics, or transportation sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and order management tools is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with full support through the paid relocation package.
