Senior Business Consultant for Scalepoint CORE

At Scalepoint, we develop software for the insurance industry and help 27 insurance companies across the Nordics and Switzerland optimize their businesses. We are in the process of implementing and further developing our core insurance system, Scalepoint CORE, which will set new standards for small and medium-sized insurance companies. We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant who can contribute with expertise, assist with implementation activities, and further strengthen our consulting department.

Do you have experience with policy and insurance processes? Are you good at conveying knowledge and creating value for customers? Then you might be the one we’re looking for. You will play a key role in ensuring our collaboration with customers is a success.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from the Insurance Academy (level 4-5)
• Several years of experience in the insurance industry
• Experience with the implementation of IT solutions is a plus

Expectations for Our New Senior Business Consultant:

• Good understanding of both systems and business
• Creative problem solver
• Strong presentation skills and ability to facilitate meetings and workshops
• Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
• Structured and punctual
• Able to participate and contribute in meetings in both Danish and English

• Support the sales process: You will be a vital part of the sales team, assisting them in closing contracts by providing relevant product knowledge and an understanding of our solutions.
• Convey product knowledge: Your in-depth knowledge of insurance processes, familiarity with our products, and understanding of how they can help the insurance industry will make you an important advisor both internally and externally.
• Collaborate across teams: You will work closely with both internal departments and customers to ensure the best solution for each individual client.
• Contribute to our future growth: You will play a central role in shaping our approach to business consulting and help us professionalize and develop our business in this area.
