The Role We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Trust & Safety Manager to lead key efforts in protecting and empowering our global player base. In this pivotal role, you’ll develop safety strategies, oversee investigations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold a positive and respectful player environment.
Your Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and enforce Trust & Safety policies to address harassment, cheating, fraud, and other types of abuse
Lead investigations into player reports and safety-related incidents with a focus on fairness, speed, and thoroughness
Collaborate with moderation teams to ensure timely actions and consistent enforcement
Work with Product and Engineering teams to design and refine safety tools and features
Monitor trends, assess emerging risks, and propose proactive solutions
Respond quickly and effectively to high-impact or urgent safety issues
Provide regular insights and reports to the Head of Safety & Support
Partner with internal teams across disciplines to foster a holistic safety culture
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Online Safety, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, or a related discipline
Experience working with gaming platforms or user-generated content communities
Strong understanding of online safety challenges and moderation best practices in the gaming industry
Exceptional crisis management and cross-functional communication skills
Familiarity with global online safety regulations (e.g. COPPA, GDPR, DSA, UKOSA) and platform liability
Confidence in using data and AI-driven moderation tools to support decision-making
A deep commitment to building safe, inclusive digital communities for diverse audiences
