Job Description - Revenue Operations Analyst

Revenue Operations Analyst (GTM)

TL;DR

We’re looking for a junior RevOps analyst to connect systems, data, and go-to-market execution at Eupry. You’ll architect and maintain a pragmatic RevOps stack, instrument our funnel end-to-end, and turn messy growth questions into crisp, trusted dashboards and recommendations. Day to day you’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Leadership on experiments, processes, and automation that improve conversion and speed—so every week we know what’s working, why, and what to do next—ultimately improving Revenue per Sales FTE as our north-star outcome.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to understand workflows, spot bottlenecks, and design smoother processes.
  • Analyze funnels, cohorts, and user behavior to surface clear, actionable insights.
  • Build dashboards, alerts, and automated reporting to keep GTM teams aligned in real time.
  • Monitor data quality and collaborate with stakeholders to keep metrics trustworthy.
  • Leverage AI and automation to scale analysis and free up time for high-impact questions.

What we’re looking for

  • Analytical thinker with a commercial mindset. We hire for attitude and aptitude—not years on a CV.
  • Real curiosity for GTM and process design—you regularly turn “why is this happening?” into measurable tests and better, simpler workflows.
  • Comfort moving between exploratory analysis, hypothesis testing, and strategic recommendations.
  • Nice-to-have: hands-on with CRM (preferably HubSpot) and/or some Python/SQL for data wrangling and automation.
  • You’re early in your career, typically 0–2 years in GTM, ops, or analytics, and excited to learn fast on real problems.

What you’ll work with (typical stack)

HubSpot (CRM), spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), BI dashboards (your pick; we’ll help you set it up), deck tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides), and light scripting (Python/SQL) for data checks, joins, and automation. If you’ve used other tools, great, bring your favorites.
