RPA Automation & AI Specialist for CRM

Our client is a digital services provider operating within the iGaming field. Their CRM team is at the core of their growth, driving retention, engagement, and long-term success. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a CRM Automation & AI Specialist.

Were looking for an AI & RPA Specialist to supercharge their automation capabilities across CRM and beyond. This hybrid role combines the structure and precision of Robotic Process Automation with the intelligence and adaptability of AI, turning manual workflows into seamless, smart systems that drive scale, speed, and creativity. Youll be the go-to person for identifying automation opportunities, designing scalable solutions, and helping our teams unlock more time for impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead automation initiatives across CRM and adjacent business areas.
• Design, develop, and deploy RPA workflows using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar platforms.
• Integrate AI tools and APIs (e.g. LLMs and ML models) into workflows to enhance decision-making and automation logic.
• Partner with CRM, Product, Data, and Tech teams to assess current processes and reimagine them with automation in mind.
• Serve as a strategic enabler for scaling personalization, segmentation, and real-time campaign logic.
• Ensure that all automation is reliable, secure, and aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.
• Document automation processes, train relevant users, and contribute to building a center of excellence in intelligent automation.
• Stay ahead of emerging tech trends in AI and automation, bringing ideas that can create real impact.

Requirements;

• Degree in Computer Science/Software Development or similar education
• Proven experience in RPA and/or AI solution development, ideally in a marketing, CRM, or data-rich environment.
• Familiarity with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, Azure ML).
• Strong understanding of process optimization, automation frameworks, and how AI can augment workflows.
• A strategic, systems-thinking mindset with a passion for simplification and scale.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsand explain those clearly across teams.
• Self-starter mentality, with curiosity and drive to test, learn, and push whats possible.
• Experience in online gambling, e-commerce, or another fast-paced, regulated environment is a plus.
