Job Description - Sales and Project Manager

What you will do 

At Johnson Controls in Aarhus, Denmark, we are currently looking for a new Sales and Project Manager, who will be responsible for supporting our internal and external customers with managing projects throughout all phases from from sales to delivery, and thus contribute to the continuous development of the organization. Today, Johnson Controls leads the market in the design, marketing, sale, and service of refrigeration plants and heat pumps for industrial, marine, and offshore applications.

How you will do it 

As our new Sales and Project Manager, you will be responsible for project management support to our customers and partners, internal as external. You will become the point of contact for your customers during execution of projects, and you will develop and maintain relations with several stakeholders, including your customers, partners, and our factory.

In this role, you will touch upon all aspects of the project process from initial sales to delivery of complete product. You will be part of the preliminary research and support, quotations, design specification including participation in customer meetings and consultations. Moreover, you will leverage your project management insight into the execution of the project in close collaboration with your customers and partners.

Joining a close-knit team of 15 individuals based in our office facilities in Aarhus (Højbjerg), you will enjoy a collaborative work environment where teamwork and mutual support are valued. What we look for 

  • Degree in Engineering or Machine engineering
  • The most important qualification is a technical mindset that enables you to understand, advise, and support your customers with regard to their technical needs
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English
  • It’s an advantage if you have worked with project management before
