Sales Responsible

As Sales Responsible, you’ll take ownership of the sales performance in Holland, Belgium and Canada. You’ll work closely with Sales Representatives and local team leaders to develop the business, select the right product mix and turn sales strategies into action.

YOUR TEAM
You’ll become part of an ambitious and dynamic sales team at PIECES. We work closely together to create strong results for our customers and our business, and we believe the best results come from working as a team.

You’ll work closely with Sales Representatives and local team leaders in your markets, as well as colleagues across buying, design and other functions. Together, you’ll make sure we understand the needs of the markets and have the right products to support sales.

YOUR ROLE
You’ll take responsibility for the sales development of Holland, Belgium and Canada. Your role will be setting direction, following performance and working closely with the people closest to our customers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing, following up on and evaluating sales strategies for your markets


• Ensuring the right product mix and product package for each market


• Building strong relationships with Sales Representatives and local team leaders


• Following up on budgets, sales performance and results


• Working closely with buying, design and sales to translate market needs into action


• Travelling to your markets for collection meetings, customer meetings and inspiration trips

YOUR PROFILE
This role is for someone who enjoys combining commercial thinking with strong relationships. You’ll need to be comfortable taking responsibility, making decisions and working with others to create results.

We imagine that you:

• Have experience working in sales, preferably within fashion or a similar commercial environment


• Know how to turn sales strategies into concrete actions and results


• Are comfortable working with budgets, sales figures and performance


• Build strong and trust-based relationships with colleagues, Sales Representatives and customers


• Take ownership of your work and are comfortable working independently


• Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken
