About the Role

We have ambitious growth plans for 2025 and beyond, and we’re expanding our dynamic team. We’re currently looking for a Sales Support Analyst to support the sales team with contract management and order follow-up. As part of the Sales department, you will also contribute to workflow optimization, and help define goals and structure processes to support an efficient and effective sales operation.

This is a back-office position with limited direct customer interaction, primarily via phone and email. In Denmark, we are divided into two offices - Herlev and Odense. You will be working with all the fantastic Verifone employees in both offices, but you will be based in Herlev.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide daily support and communication to sales representatives and sales managers


• Prepare contracts and manage follow-up on ongoing orders


• Collaborate with the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) team to ensure contract compliance


• Work closely with in-house product teams on development initiatives


• Handle monthly credit processes


• Perform various administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed

Skills & Experience we're looking for 

• Experience working in a similar role


• Fluent Danish and English language 


• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on process optimization
