The people on our savoury team are crucial to what we do at Hart. Skilled and happy staff means quality sandwiches and savoury pastries, and satisfied guests!

We are looking for someone with a passion for all things savoury, a commitment to quality and a strong motivation for the craft; someone who wants to join us in our life-long pursuit of that perfect bake.   

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AT HART LOOK LIKE?

• baking our signature menu according to Hart recipes.


• ensure quality across all of our bakes; we work with the best ingredients so expect the best results.


• keeping track of stock levels and informing the team when we need a top up.


• working cleanly and safely, ensuring a pleasant environment for everyone.


• maintain an effective communication with the front of house team.


• help build a community around baking; being a part of a collaborative and diverse environment.
