Security Specialist, IAM & PAM

We are looking for a Security Specialist with strong technical skills to join our cybersecurity team at JYSK Head Office in Aarhus. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform and supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives across our cloud infrastructure. The position is suited for someone who enjoys tackling complex security challenges and building scalable, secure systems.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

Your primary responsibility is to maintain and develop our PAM solution. You will collaborate with infrastructure, application, and network teams, providing technical guidance on secure access design and implementation. You will also be involved in threat modeling and risk assessments related to identity systems in both on-premises and cloud environments.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• Developing automation scripts and integrations with internal systems
• Implementing session monitoring, credential vaulting and access workflows
• Advising on IAM configurations in On-Prem, Azure AD and other cloud platforms
• Implementing role-based access control (RBAC), conditional access policies, and MFA
• Integrating identity federation protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
• Collaborating with DevOps to embed IAM into CI/CD pipelines

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

We are looking for a new colleague who:

• Has 3+ years of hands-on experience with PAM and IAM technologies
• Possesses strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for automation and integration, or is motivated to learn
• Has a solid understanding of cloud identity models and access control mechanisms
• Brings experience with Azure AD, AWS IAM or similar platforms
• Is fluent in English; Danish proficiency is an advantage
