Senior Client Consultant (Bygherrerådgiver) - Arkitema

We are looking for a Senior Client Advisor (Senior Bygherrerådgiver) to join our multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and client advisors in Arkitema. We work closely with clients across Denmark and Scandinavia, on some of Denmarks’s most complex building projects - including healthcare, education, and commercial real estate. And we are thrilled to have contributed to projects like innovative hospital developments across Denmark and major urban transformation projects such as Carlsberg City District in Copenhagen and other landmark civic developments.

Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Advising both public and private clients/developers


• Managing construction projects and processes from start to finish


• Leading your project team of internal architects, construction managers, engineers, and specialists, and understanding how to engage them effectively throughout the project lifecycle


• Securing stakeholder engagement – both internally and externally


• Coordinating, preparing, and optimizing the building program in accordance with the client’s goals and success criteria


• Ensuring alignment between the client’s initial visions and the completed project


• Ensuring that agreements and collaboration between the client, consultants, and contractors are clearly defined and function optimally


• Conducting risk analyses and ensuring project execution with effective management of time, budget, and quality

• Have experience with project and/or process management


• Have experience in client advisory services within public and/or private projects


• Thrive in direct dialogue with clients and business partners


• Build trust-based collaboration with clients and other stakeholders


• Thrive in interdisciplinary collaboration


• Are a skilled communicator and can express yourself clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing, in Danish and English


• Have experience with the Danish standard agreements and regulations (ABR, AB, and ABT) and YB (Client Advisory Services and Landscape & Construction), including advising on procurement strategies and leading contract negotiations
