Senior Clinical Trial Manager

About this role

We're looking for a Clinical Trial Manager  with experience in neuroscience clinical trials to join our FSP team, supporting a global sponsor known for innovation in neurology. You'll lead complex studies and help advance treatments that make a real difference for patients.

As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical/biotech company that is an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), ensuring training, performance, and high-quality monitoring deliverables.


• Manage day-to-day operational oversight of clinical studies across multiple countries.
  


• Oversee site management activities including site selection, activation, and close-out, ensuring adherence to protocol, ICH-GCP, and local regulations.


• Serve as the key contact for sponsor operational inquiries and support study delivery timelines, quality, and budget targets.


• Support Trial Master File maintenance, protocol deviation tracking, co-monitoring, and escalation management as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a health-related field.


• 5+ years of clinical research experience, with a strong focus on neuroscience trials.


• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, EU CTR, and neuroscience therapeutic area is highly preferred.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.


• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with flexibility to travel up to 30%.
