Your new role
As a Senior Primary Packaging Product Development Engineer (JL7), you will act as a subject matter expert, delivering advanced technical solutions and driving innovation across development and lifecycle activities. You will take ownership of complex technical challenges, guide decision-making, and influence projects with significant organisational impact.

Your new department
You will join a highly specialised engineering and technical environment within Product Development, focused on Primary Packaging. The department works across the full product lifecycle—from innovation and development to optimisation of marketed products—ensuring robust, compliant, and high-quality primary packaging solutions.
Collaboration is at the heart of how we work. You will engage with stakeholders across Product Supply, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and external partners, contributing to cross-functional projects and technical networks.

What we offer
Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 651,000 to 956,900 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
