Join a Global Leader in Hearing Healthcare
You will join an industry leading supplier of premium diagnostic audiological equipment used every day in hearing clinics and hospitals around the world. From our headquarters we sell to more than 100 countries through our own sales companies and external distributors, and we are part of the global hearing healthcare group Demant, who employs more than 25,000 employees worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced international profile who can oversee and facilitate growth in our e-commerce business. The position can be located at any Demant Diagnostics site.

Your impact as our new Senior Ecommerce Specialist
You will play a vital role in defining and executing our global ecommerce vision, strategy and roadmap. You will work closely with local ecommerce managers, IT solution owners, and commercial stakeholders to ensure our ecommerce platform delivers business value as well as seamless customer experience. 

Your role will be pivotal in aligning global strategy with local execution and ensuring governance and prioritization processes are followed and KPI’s are met.

Meet your new dream-team and your manager
You will join the Global Digital Marketing department consisting of passionate professionals divided into 3 teams covering Digital Marketing Excellence, Web Delivery and Solution Support. In your daily work you will work closely together with members of all 3 teams and collaborate across the organization towards Global IT and Global Business Support. You will be referring to Jakob Gravesen who is the Director of Global Digital Marketing.

Manage the Growth of Global Ecommerce – Strategy, Collaboration, and Impact Across Borders

Your key responsibilities will include:
•    Owning and shaping the global ecommerce vision, strategy, budget, and roadmap
•    Defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs to measure global and local performance
•    Ensuring governance processes are followed and that all development needs are clearly described in terms of business value and budget
•    Collaborating with local business owners, IT, and Global Digital Marketing
•    Leading a community of local ecommerce managers and supporting their development
•    Facilitating quarterly business priority meetings
•    Acting as the main point of contact for the Salesforce Commerce Cloud roadmap
•    Overseeing and balancing global and local campaign management
•    Identifying and executing commercial activities based on data

You are a Strategic Digital Leader with a Global Mindset and a Passion for Creating Value
You have solid business understanding and experience in managing commercial initiatives on export markets. Furthermore, you are commercial to the bone with a strong sense of team spirit and the ability to succeed through others.

We imagine that you have:
•    Proven experience in global ecommerce management or digital product ownership
•    A master’s degree in business administration or similar relevant education
•    Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align diverse needs
•    Strong communication and presenting skills 
•    Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar platforms
•    A structured approach to governance, prioritization, and roadmap planning
•    A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead through influence
•    A global mindset and the mobility & willingness to travel up to 15 days per year
