Are you an experienced finance professional passionate about SME lending and secured financing solutions?

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Loan Officer – Secured Lending, Denmark to expand our secured lending portfolio, identify high-potential clients, and structure innovative financing solutions tailored to SME needs.

As a Senior Loan Officer, you’ll focus on client acquisition, relationship management, and portfolio growth while working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial products and services.

Your Focus:

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and onboard SMEs seeking secured lending solutions. Build and nurture relationships with brokers, industry partners, and key stakeholders.


• Growth Strategy Execution: Drive market expansion by developing acquisition channels and structuring competitive secured financing solutions. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align with local market dynamics.


• Portfolio Management: Ensure high-quality deal structuring and risk assessment. Monitor performance metrics and maintain a proactive approach to portfolio health.


• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide insights to shape product development.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and optimize operational efficiency.

Your Background:

• At least 5 years of experience in SME lending, leveraged financing, or debt structuring, particularly in secured lending.


• A proven track record of closing high-value deals and building strong client relationships.


• Fluent in Danish and English (both written and verbal).


• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-centric approach.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
