About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Senior Digital Retail Manager for our EMEA Digital Hub Team. This strategic role involves promoting awareness and consideration for potential hearing aid users, supporting the acquisition of leads through digital channels, and collaborating with global and local retail teams to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in the retail sector, including expertise in hearing care, optical retail, or the medical device industry. It's vital to have a solid knowledge of digital marketing tactics and experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce and MS Dynamics.
About the Team: You will be an integral part of the EMEA Digital Hub Team, working closely with a diverse group of stakeholders including Global Retail, Global Digital, Country Marketing Teams, Customer Service Teams, and Media Agencies. We prioritize teamwork and creativity to effectively support our worldwide and community-based business goals.
Responsibilities:
Engage with the commercial workforce to tailor lead-generating endeavors to the broader sales strategy and prime focuses. Establish effective communication channels and feedback mechanisms to ensure proper tracking and conversion. Oversee the execution of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Search/Shopping Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads. Allocate your budget, define your target audience, and set campaign goals to enhance your return on investment. Regularly report on performance and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Work closely with global retail and digital teams to support the migration of new web solutions and enhance online consumer experience. Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead generation processes, automate workflows, track interactions, and measure campaign effectiveness. Present regularly to country marketing and leadership teams on channel performance and suggest changes to improve process efficiency (prospect - appointment - conversion). Experience:
Demonstrated prior work in the retail industry, especially in areas like hearing services, optometry networks, or the healthcare equipment field. Exhaustive operational understanding of digital marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or others. Prior experience in digital lead management is highly preferred. Effective strategic planning skills coupled with the capability to engage and persuade significant contributors. Proficient in conveying information and adept at giving presentations. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
