Drive performance management and help shape COWI’s Future
The Group FP&A team plays a pivotal role in improving our performance management, turning data into insights that guide actions. As Senior Manager, Group FP&A, you will help shape how COWI plans, measures, and communicates performance at group level.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy, finance, and executive decision-making. Reporting to the Head of Group FP&A, you will define the frameworks that connect strategy to financial outcomes — and ensure that leadership decisions are grounded in clear, fact-based insight. This is not about maintaining processes. It is about elevating them.
