Then you might be our new Senior Partnerships Specialist to join our Partnerships team.
The Partnerships team is anchored in our newly established Partnerships & Events department, consisting of 14 dedicated professionals. Our team is international and collaborative, bringing together colleagues from diverse backgrounds who work closely to achieve shared goals. You will join a group that values inclusivity, teamwork, and the exchange of ideas. The department is responsible for strategy implementation through integrating strategic events and managing key global and domestic partnerships.
Within the context of increasing pressure through climate change, global food shortages and public health crises, the Novo Nordisk Foundation is aiming to increase its global reach and impact. There is a growing need to forge strategic partnerships with international actors, to achieve the Foundation’s ambitions of its Strategy 2030. This role is a unique opportunity to work in a purpose-driven, private foundation alongside passionate and talented colleagues, who are committed to our vision to improve people’s health and the sustainability of society and the planet.
As Senior Partnerships Specialist you will collaborate closely with the Partnerships team, and work to develop and refine our partnerships processes, procedures and tools to improve efficiency and impact. You will report directly to the Director of Partnerships & Events.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ working experience within partnership or project management, having translated ambiguous or complex requests into structured workplans and deliverables.
