We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Designer to bring Saxo’s visual identity to life through high-performance digital marketing campaigns. Your work will speak to today’s investors and secure our position as a global financial leader.

As a Senior Performance Marketing Designer, you’ll bring your creative and technical skills to the table as part of our in-house Brand & Design agency. You’ll collaborate with a talented team of designers, writers, brand strategists, data analysts, and developers to deliver automated, creative production concepts across display, social, video, and more. In our matrixed global organization, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across our offices to ensure our brand resonates wherever people encounter us.

A primary responsibility will be to lead the design, implementation, and production of campaigns within Saxo Bank’s Marketing Automation Platform. You will create designs in collaboration with stakeholders, implement them in our production system, and facilitate the delivery of campaigns across 14 markets worldwide. You’ll work continuously with data analysts to optimize campaign performance, strategize on new concepts and channels, provide input for MarTech product owners for process optimization, and occasionally provide UX input to in-house MarTech solutions.

In addition, you will take ownership of the technical domain of the Brand & Design team, covering our DAM-system and AI design tools, and further development, rollouts, maintenance, internal training of colleagues, etc.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, design, and produce global performance marketing campaigns across channels
• Lead programmatic marketing designs and MarTech implementation and development, representing the Brand & Design team
• Explore new channels and creative ways to generate leads and clients for Saxo
• Produce A/B & multivariate tests and work with marketing analysts to optimize global marketing performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance our in-house marketing automation platform with UX improvements and process optimizations
• Work with stakeholders and creatives across a global matrix organization

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or relevant experience
• 5+ years in a technical data-driven marketing design role at an agency or in-house marketing department
• Proven track record in designing high-performance display, paid social, and video campaigns for global companies or clients (a portfolio of creative work is a must).
• Mastery of design tools (Figma, Adobe suite, etc.)
• Deep understanding of digital design and media trends
• Able to think critically, be self-motivated, and deal with ambiguity
• Able to work efficiently in large teams with exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), Creative Management Platforms (CMP) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools, e.g. Bannerflow and Bynder, is a plus
• Financial industry knowledge is a plus
