Job Description - Senior Producer

Triband is the award-winning studio behind the WHAT THE? comedy game series, which is played by millions worldwide. From our home in central Copenhagen, more than 45 wonderful humans are united by a simple mission: to make everyone laugh.

We're expanding one of our live games and looking for an experienced Games Producer to help drive new content and features for our players.

You will work closely with the game director, supporting them in setting a clear direction within time and budget constraints. Your role will help the team thrive - enabling them to create the best games possible while fostering their professional growth as their direct point of contact.

You’ll also be part of a cross-studio producer team, where you can exchange ideas, challenge each other, and share knowledge and complementary skills.

  • Implement and refine processes and tools for live games, shaping how we work as a studio.
  • Facilitate day-to-day processes, like stand-ups, post-mortems, etc.
  • Planning of updates, productions, and marketing together with the leads, including communicating plans to stakeholders
  • Long-term project management
  • Team and people responsibility, including 1-on-1s, employee development, reviews, and salary regulations.
Making sure we prioritise people above deadlines

There's much room to shape the position to fit you.

  • You have solid experience working as a producer on shipped games. Bonus points if you've worked on live games before and/or in initial development!
  • Have a deep understanding of the game development process
  • Experienced with staff responsibility
  • You're ready to tell us where we're going wrong and how we can improve
  • You have team production experiences, such as using git, branching, stand-ups, sprints, and reviews
  • You thrive in taking ownership of your area: you spot problems, seek advice when needed, and implement creative solutions that push projects forward.
  • You're motivated by collaboration, mutual respect, inclusiveness, and creativity, and you actively contribute to sustaining that culture.
  • You value a positive work environment and contribute to making the studio a fun and supportive place.
  • You have team production experiences, such as using version control software (we use git), branching, stand-ups, sprints, and reviews.
  • We work a 37-hour work week, with flexibility built in so you can balance work and life.
  • We work on-site at our cozy office in central Copenhagen.
  • No crunch. People over deadlines.
  • Our working language is English.
  • A strong focus on personal growth and professional skill development.
  • The chance to work on and impact great games that reach millions of players.
  • A playful and ambitious work environment where experimentation is encouraged.
  • Friendly and kind colleagues who love making each other laugh as much as making games.
  • Paid parental leave, pension plan, and health Insurance (with family coverage available)
  • Five weeks of vacation plus five extra days. Child's sick leave.
  • Social activities such as hobby nights and Friday bars
  • Daily lunch at a local restaurant with vegetarian/vegan options + soft ice on Thursdays
  • And endless amounts of coffee.

Apply before September 22, 2025, but don't wait too long. We'll review applications as they arrive.

We'd love for you to start soon, but the right match matters - we're happy to wait for the right person.

We encourage applicants of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences to apply. We believe diversity strengthens creativity and collaboration, and we strive to provide a safe and inclusive workplace.

We make people laugh! To do so, we focus on exploring comedy through gameplay. We like to break player expectations, use wonderful music, slick art, and create a quirky atmosphere. We experiment a lot, and it doesn’t always work out, but we always learn something.

We are currently 45+ people of 12 different nationalities. We put people first and strive to create a safe and creative working environment. We believe that teams, not individuals, make games - and we believe diversity makes for better teams. For these reasons, we look for people who make the team better, bring new perspectives, and will challenge us and our way of doing things!
