About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) within Business Unit Health and Medical (BU HM) to drive the development and delivery of our CRM Dynamics ecosystem, which supports data-driven decisions, customer centricity and the evolution of our Go-To-Market strategy.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continuous improvement of our CRM ecosystem, contributing to the success of user experience and data-driven decisions.

You will report to the Global Business Systems Manager, BU HM and will work closely with colleagues within the team, but also cross-functionally.

The position is available permanent and full-time.

What You Will Do

  • Product Backlog : Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the Product Team executes according to the product strategic goals and priorities. Define scope and clear priorities for each development sprint.
  • Roadmap : Support developing a clear roadmap of development for the CRM solutions by translating product strategies to epics and user stories for development. Secure the delivery of the development roadmap, in line with business objectives and priorities.
  • Internal Customers’ needs : Elicit, collect and understand new needs. Work closely with internal stakeholders to assess the business value of the needs before adding them to the product backlog.
  • Continuous improvement: Analyze and report on usage, user experience and satisfaction to identify and drive continuous improvement.
  • Product Team Delivery Monitoring and Optimization: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Product Team. Implement monitoring to ensure the sprint processes are effectively managed, including finalization of refinement, technical design, development and deployment. Propose process optimization when needed.
  • Liaison between User Community and Product Team: Act as a bridge to connect the representants of the user community and the Product Team. Stay accessible to the Product Team to answer questions and provide guidance. Provide knowledge and expertise to business stakeholders and support regional or local organizations in the activation of functionalities.

Who You Are

  • Education and Experience: University’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration. 3-5 years’ experience in managing CRM or Digital projects. Working knowledge of CRM based applications in particular Microsoft Dynamics. Experienced working in an agile/scrum development process.
  • Strategic thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a development roadmap for CRM solutions or digital initiatives. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving oriented.
  • Creative thinking: willingness to question traditional assumptions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.?
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.?
  • Location and Travel: The position is based in either Paris (Saint-Ouen) France, Munich Germany or Gothenburg Sweden. Another location can be considered for the right candidate. Ability to travel is up to 20%.
