Senior Software Developer .NET / C#

We’re looking for a new lead software developer to help us drive our projects to the next level. If that sounds like you, then perhaps there’s a place for you at GN!

This position is key for our future success in delivering on our next generation of production software solutions used by our Global Manufacturing organization. We have a clear architectural vision for the next generation of applications and APIs – and now we need your help bringing this vision to life. Our technology stack is based on .NET/C# and Azure is our cloud platform.

In the role as Senior (Lead) Software Developer, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. In this role, you will be involved in the end-to-end development process from collecting stakeholder input, be a part of the design thinking, participate in the implementation and test activities, and finally deploy and monitor the solution.

We are a small but mighty department responsible for developing and maintaining the software solutions and services used in our production sites on global scale.

• Utilize your experience in software design and implementation, steering decisions and solving complex problems.
• Take ownership of translating architectural designs to efficient and safe implementations.
• Challenge your colleagues on contemporary software development methodologies and technologies.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you

• Have a degree within engineering or similar merits.
• Are an experienced .NET developer with a large and varied skillset – experience with Azure is an advantage.
• Have good communication skills and master English both written and spoken.
• Experience within a regulated industry is preferred.
• Have a curious personality that wants to learn and sharpen your skills on daily basis.
