About the team

Quickpay, in a part of Unzer Group, which make payment magic happen for over 37,000 European webshops, holding licenses that cover the entire continent! Join our team and be part of the fun as we leave our mark on the payment industry, all while contributing to the excitement of Unzer's unified commerce platform, where managing data becomes a real-time adventure. #OneUnzer

The agile and cross-functional teams consist of experienced developers, a product manager, and a QA engineers. We value cooperation and self-organization and work together to give shape to the central part of Unzer’s next generation payment processing platform, with a focus on alternative payment methods (APMs) and credit card payments (in PCI DSS scope).

Our full stack technology stack includes:

• Ruby, Sinatra, and Grape

• JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular

• PostgreSQL and MongoDB

• Docker and AWS

• Develop front-end features for the Quickpay customer-facing product using Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build back-end functionalities for Unzer apps using Ruby.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and finalize the features being developed.
• Coordinate with customer support to respond to customer inquiries and resolve bugs.
• Stay informed of the latest technology trends to maintain a cutting-edge development environment.
• Work in close collaboration with other engineers for seamless integration and efficient development.

• You have At least 3 years of experience working with Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• You have minimum 3 years of Ruby development experience.
• Profound knowledge of AWS, Ruby, Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• You are eager to bring solutions proactively and take ownership of your work.
• You are fluent in English and can convey your ideas efficiently.

• The interview process includes a call with a 30 min call with Talent Acquisition Manager, 90min Technical interview with a team and Mykola (Engineering Manager) and a 45-minute call with Mattia (Director of Engineering).
