How you will make an impact 

As Solution Owner you will drive the digital enablement of fleet and MHE management across Logistics. You will own the strategy and roadmap for tools that transform fleet data into actionable insights and decision support. Furthermore, your key responsibilities will include

• Serves as a subject matter expert in digital fleet management, aiding in the creation of new tools, systems, standards, and processes specific to fleet data and analytics.


• Standardize the use of fleet data across systems (e.g. telematics, RTTV, MHE tools) to enable data-driven decision-making.


• Act as subject matter expert within digital fleet analytics, developing new tools, standards and processes.


• Ensure compliance with data governance principles and relevant regulatory requirements.


• Lead and support product teams, while influencing senior stakeholders to adopt harmonized digital solutions.


• Collaborate closely with Logistics CoE, Procurement, Sustainability PMO, markets and OEMs to optimize fleet performance through analytics and user-centric solutions.

To succeed in this role, you combine strong product leadership with deep domain knowledge within fleet, logistics, and digital analytics. You translate data into strategic decisions and drive scalable solutions across markets, spearheading key initiatives that align our organization towards a world-class supply chain across multiple markets. We expect the ideal brings

• A relevant bachelor's and master's degree within Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or similar.


• 7+ years of experience within digital product management, data/analytics or fleet/MHE operations, ideally across multiple markets.


• Strong product management capabilities (roadmap, backlog, discovery, agile) combined with a solid understanding of data architecture and system integrations.


• Experience with fleet management systems, telematics, RTTV, digital driver tools and BI platforms (e.g. Power BI or Tableau), including familiarity with TMS integrations.


• Knowledge of advanced analytics and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure), including SQL and data modelling.


• Understanding sustainability analytics within fleet operations (fuel types, emissions, energy/charging management).


• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across Procurement, markets, Sustainability, and IT.


• A proven track record of driving operational excellence and scaling digital solutions in complex, matrix organizations.


• Certifications such as Scrum Product Owner, Lean/Six Sigma, PMP/Prince2 or data governance credentials are considered an advantage.

You will join the Global Operational Excellence division and report directly to Peyami Birsen. The role is based in Viby, with approximately 30–40% travel, as staying closely connected to our markets and operations is a natural part of how we create impact.
