Senior Strategy Manager for DSV Contract Logistics - with strong portfolio management focus

DSV Contract Logistics is growing — and with growth comes the need to sharpen how we prioritise, align, and execute across functions. Within this role, you will shape and run the portfolio of strategic initiatives that connect our divisional ambitions to tangible results. You will support the alignment across divisional leadership on the strategic direction, strengthen portfolio governance and reporting, and manage cross-functional dependencies — right at the centre of how Contract Logistics translates strategy into execution within one of the world's largest transport and logistics companies.

Among other things, you will:

• Mature and drive the governance framework for the CL strategic portfolio of initiatives


• Support alignment across functions and divisional leadership on direction, deliverables, and timeline


• Track portfolio health, manage cross-functional dependencies, and report to executive leadership


• Support the preparation of business cases, presentations, and reporting for senior stakeholders and executive management


• Contribute to divisional strategy development and support key internal projects

A senior portfolio leader who connects strategy to results

We're looking for someone who brings structure and clarity to a complex, fast-paced environment. You have a humble approach and collaborate effectively across teams and borders. You also want to move the needle for the business by bringing your experience and unique perspective to the table.

Also, we imagine that you have:

• A relevant university degree within for example, strategy, finance, business administration, engineering, or economics


• 5+ years of experience with portfolio and program management from large global companies and/or management consulting


• Experience with project and change management methodologies, i.e. PRINCE2 and Prosci


• Strong experience with strategy formulation, performance management, business case and KPI tracking


• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative skills, incl. experience in communication towards executive management level


• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data-driven insights and PowerPoint for compelling storytelling


• Experience from transport, logistics and/or supply chain management is a plus but not a requirement


• Fluency in both written and oral English is essential
