• Creating and implementing test plans, test cases and test scripts for software solutions in the area of supply chain management
• Perform manual and automated testing, create test reports and documentation to support reporting to management and verify functionality, stability and performance of applications
• Identifying, documenting and tracking bugs and working with the project managers, business consultants and other team members to identify root causes and find solutions
• Contributing to the definition of test strategies, quality standards and best practices for software development in the area of Retail Processes
• Support in carrying out code reviews and technical analyses to improve software quality

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or a similar course of study
• Professional experience in software testing and QA, ideally in a retail or supply chain environment
• Sound knowledge in the creation of test plans, test cases and test scripts as well as in the execution of manual and automated tests
• Familiarity with test management tools and test automation tools such as JIRA
• Knowledge of error identification, tracking and documentation
• Understanding of agile development methods and experience with Scrum
• Good knowledge of German and English
