Lucky for you, we’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team and help us drive the strategic UX deliveries within our vast range of exciting collaborations.

The gig
As a Senior UX Designer Designer in Adapt, you will be part of an experienced team, with high ambitions and a focus on professional development through interdisciplinary collaboration. You will help drive the strategic direction both on our UX-team, and on the collaborations we are proud of having. On projects, you will be working strategically with gathering insights, translating them into digital concepts, and overseeing the implementation of the final product that comes to life.

You will work closely with other specialists such as digital designers, developers, delivery managers and tracking experts, while building digital experiences for some of Denmark’s largest brands, such as Sygeforsikring “danmark”, Andel, Røde Kors, GSV and many others.

You, you, you
You are a UX designer who cares about the intersection between user needs, business value and design. You understand how strategic UX can be the foundation of outcome-based digital solutions and know how to communicate it. You have a strong opinion but know how to work in a team, where we make each other better. You master methodologies to gather insights into user behavior, and are comfortable working in tools such as Figma. You are focused and self-driven but have an 'always ready to help' attitude, and you believe that the best solutions happen in collaboration with others.

Of course, you get to sprinkle your own magic along the way in our quest of making the digital world a better place, but to pull your own weight, you probably need to check off the following:

• You have 4-5 years experience from a similar position in an agency or inhouse.
• You enjoy solving problems with creativity and preferably in collaboration with others.
• You love to preach the importance of involving users and believe it makes a vital difference in the experience of the product.
• You have experience working closely with digital designers and developers, to make a digital product come to life.
• You have experience with complex digital solutions that require a holistic and strategic approach to problem solving.
• You are an experienced facilitator, when it comes to workshops and stakeholder management.
• You enjoy taking responsibility, and is keen to work with a high degree of flexibility
• You have a wealth of wisdom, that you are eager to share internally in the UX team
• You can juggle multiple customers and projects at once and have excellent customer contact
