SEO Content Specialist - Internship fall 2024

THE INTERNSHIP ROLE

As a Content Specialist intern you will receive an introduction to our work with SEO from the perspective of a content creator and copywriter. We will provide the necessary support and training for you to gain hands-on experience alongside your studies.

In this role, you will gain experience working externally with clients, enhancing their marketing efforts through organic marketing. You'll also contribute to internal marketing projects, broadening your skill set and understanding of agency-based SEO marketing.

TASKS AND AREAS OF LEARNING

• Content Writing / Counseling: You create SEO-driven content for clients across various formats such as blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages.
• Client Management: You learn to foster client relationships and participate in meetings, honing your communication skills as a consultant.
• Creative Content: You produce diverse content, including visuals like images and infographics, to enrich content depth.
• Content Strategy: You contribute to developing content plans and strategies aligned with data and user insights to meet client search intent.
• Content Analysis: You conduct content analysis and SEO research to create high-performing content.
• Digital PR: You craft press releases and engage in outreach activities to enhance brand visibility and acquire backlinks.
• Utilization: You manage your time efficiently to meet utilization and billable targets, maximizing your impact both internally and externally.
• Marketing Projects: You focus on internal content marketing initiatives on the web, for example through Employer Branding and through Social Media content creation. If you possess any graphic design skills, there may be opportunities for you to contribute in that capacity as well.

PRACTICALITIES

We imagine that you are studying Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, or related fields from for example DMJX, KEA, KU, RUC, AAU etc. It is a prerequisite to be enrolled in a Danish education program to be accepted for the internship role.

You possess a keen interest in marketing, coupled with strong communication skills, proactivity, and empathy. Being structured, adaptable, and independent is essential. An innovative mindset, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement and communication skills development, is crucial. PRACTICAL INFORMATION

The internship is expected to begin in August or September 2024 and will last for a duration of 3-6 months. We welcome applications for both part-time and full-time positions. The deadline for applications is July 1st, 2024. Interviews will be conducted throughout July and early August.

We will accommodate school related activities, assignments etc. into your work schedule. If you need any other flexibility for this internship, please let us know in the application. If things go well and the business landscape permits, there's potential to extend your internship into a part-time student worker, full-time graduate role or as a trusted freelancer.
